There is a reason people have been drinking tea for thousands of years. It is not just about the taste. It is about the pause. The moment you decide to stop, to boil the water, to wait and to just be there while it brews.
A simple daily ritual
There is something about a warm cup of tea that just slows everything down. In the morning, it feels like a soft start to the day. In the evening, a way to unwind. Or sometimes just a small break in between when you need a moment to breathe. Tea is one of the simplest rituals you can bring into your day. Just warm water, leaves, and a moment that is yours.
Find what feels good
I’ve always been drawn to the warmer, softer flavour.
Elderflower, chamomile, cinnamon with orange… those slightly sweet, comforting teas that make you feel warm from the inside.

A moment, anywhere
They have this quiet way of putting your body at ease. Like a signal that you can slow down, even if just for a few minutes. Lately, I’ve also started bringing a tea bag with me during the day.
To school, mostly. Just in case I didn’t have time in the morning, or when I feel like I need a small reset. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes a difference. That one small moment that is still yours, even in a busy day.
You don’t have to be everyone’s cup of tea.
Just make sure you are your own (and to make your own ;))
